How can I place an order?

You could place an order using our online shopping system.  You could also place an order by email, describing in detail your styles and attached relative images and photos. For fabrics, you could request some fabric samples which are shown on the site. Just mark down you interested fabric numbers and tell us. We would send you up to 10 fabric samples.

Can I request fabric samples?

Yes. We would send you the fabric samples for order confirmation. If you wish to receive other fabric samples, please specify the fabric numbers in the Additional Notes box or send us an email.

Do you provide alteration service?

We offer free alteration service for all goods purchased from Dapper. However, Clients would have to pay for cost for shipping back the clothing to Dapper. Just send us an email stating how you would like to change the size, and then mail us the clothing to be altered. After alteration, we would mail the clothing back to you for free. Please notice that we could only alter sizes. We could not change on fabrics or styles.

How could I make the payment?

We accept PayPal and credit card payment. After confirming the order, the webpage will redirect you to the PayPal payment page, where you could pay using PayPal account, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards. If you order by email, we would send you an invoice. You could choose to deposit the money into designate account or pay via PayPal.

Can I return goods?

Because all goods are custom-made, we accept no returns unless there is severe default which is caused by us.

How soon can I receive the goods after placing my order?

It will take around four weeks for production after order confirmation. The delivery lead time will depend on which courier service you choose. Orders should arrive within 7 working days by choosing FedEx Priority Express, and two to three more days for FedEx Economy. For customers who choose Speedpost, please allow two weeks for delivery. Remote areas will require another several days.

Can I order suits with other styles other than those on your site? If yes, how?

Yes. Please send an email to sales@dappertailor.com, including detail description of the styles and measurement. For fabrics, please state the fabric number which is on our site. Again you could request up to 10 fabric samples to choose from.

Does the delivery charge include taxes and duties?

All taxes and duties that may be levied in destination countries are excluded. It is the clients’ responsibility to settle those taxes and duties.

How do you charge for delivery?

  Clothing’s weight will differ by different fabrics and sizes. The table below shows the approximate weight of clothing in each category.

We offer three different delivery methods: FedEx Priority, FedEx Economy and Speedpost. We would charge for delivery based on the estimated shipping weight and rate offered by FedEx and Speedpost, plus necessary handling cost. The three tables show the fee structures.
