Placing an Order

To place an order the client must be an adult and contactable through a telephone line.

You can place an order through our online shopping cart system. By placing an order the client makes a request to buy chosen goods on the basis of the Present conditions of use. The supplier is free to accept or decline said request.

When an order is accepted the supplier will notify the client of this by transmitting an Order Confirmation via email. The Order Confirmation will be effective from the moment that it is sent. When an order is not accepted the supplier will contact the client via email or telephone.

Pricing and Purchasing Conditions

All sales prices for products indicated on the Internet site, are exclusive of VAT and all other duties; the cost of transport is shown on the appropriate page of the site and the client should consult this before confirming an order; should the shipment be abroad, eventual supplementary costs due to duties and taxes under current legislation in the country of destination are the client’s responsibility and will not be included in the order.

Product Availability

The client may order suits following steps on the site: Should the order exceed the material quantity existent in the warehouse, we would notify the purchaser if said product will be available in the future and the time foreseen for its provision.

Although we make every effort to supply the products indicated in the Order Confirmation, it may happen that we cannot supply them. In this case, we will endeavor to contact you to inform you of this and propose alternative products that you might buy. In the case that you do not wish to accept our proposals, we will cancel your order for the articles that we cannot supply and the amount relative to them will not be deducted from your account.

Confirming Availability and Price

As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items you order turn out to be unavailable or mispriced.

Formation of a Contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we charge for and dispatch the order to you. Any products on the same order which we have not charged for do not form part of that contract.


We accept credit card and PayPal payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards.

Payment can only be made after the registration procedure has been carried out. By filling in the credit card or PayPal account information in the Checkout section, you authorize Dapper to debit your account of the total amount of your online purchase. The billing procedure goes through a protected direct link to the PayPal Company who manage the online payment service

Should the client wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, the amount to be reimbursed will be credited to the same account.

The Purchaser’s Obligations

It is severely prohibited to use false or invented data in the registration procedure to activate the passage for the execution of this contract and relative communications; personal data and email must be exclusive and real personal data and not belonging third party. It is expressly forbidden to effect double registrations for the same person or to enter details of a third party. Dapper reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation or abuse for the protection of all consumers.


Our policy is to make sure all clothing fits the wearer perfectly. Before you confirm the order, please double check the sizes you entered. If by any chance you would like to make alterations, please email us at, stating clearly how you wish to alter, and then mail the clothing to be altered to the following address:

We offer free alteration service for all purchases from Dapper. However, clients would have to pay the cost for shipping the clothing back to Dapper. After alteration, we will ship the clothing back to clients with no charges. Please also notice that we could only change sizes. Fabric and styles are not alterable.

No Right of Returns

The right of withdrawal is denied because all our products are custom-made, unless there is severe damage which turns out to be our fault.

Before confirming order, please double check the fabrics and styles chosen. If you are not sure which fabric to choose, you could request fabric samples by email us the fabric numbers. We could provide you up to 10 fabric samples.
